Submitted via App – Unable to charge, Other. Initiated a charge but the unit stopped within a few minutes. Tried a second time and it quit again. Charge speed was only 15 kW when it was charging. Message on screen said “Charge ended by user! DTC 25003” (i)

Did it seem like there was an issue with the connector at the unit and did it feel loose? Could you provide the make and model of your EV and report if there was any type of adapter in use?
